The significant camera issue that owners of the new iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have been experiencing on third-party apps like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat will be resolved by Apple with the release of a software update.
Although Apple has not confirmed the release date of the update, it is known that the corporation has found the source of the problem and that a new update will be made available to owners of the iPhone 14 series’ most potent pair of phones the next week.
After the new iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max were released last Friday, September 16, a small number of customers posted videos on social media revealing a significant flaw that prevents the smartphone camera from working in programs like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
The lenses shake violently when the camera is opened using the app, making it able to plainly hear and see the issue. Only third-party apps contain the problem; the iPhone’s built-in camera software is immune to it.
In a few nations around the world, customers may now purchase the new iPhone 14, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max.
